HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.  Please allow up to 3 business days (Tuesday through Saturday) for your ready-to-ship order to be processed and packaged for shipping.  The estimated delivery date calculated at checkout only applies to ready-to-ship orders.

Orders containing a mix of pre-orders and in-stock items will ship once your order is complete.  Please allow 3-5 business days from the pre-ordered item's actual arrival at our store for processing and packaging. 

Processing and shipping times may vary due to high volume during the holiday season and the arrival of large pre-order collections (swimwear and everyday shorts/skorts).  Plan accordingly if ordering gifts for your family and friends!  Feel free to utilize the "CHAT" feature in the bottom-right corner of our home page to get an estimate on when your order will ship.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHOD?

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on availability at your location.  Complimentary shipping on all domestic orders over $100 (after discounts, before taxes). 

You will receive a tracking email or text message once your order has been processed.  Please allow 24-48 hours before tracking updates.  We recommend opting for a shipping service offering insurance.  We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages once in transit and/or marked delivered or delayed packages by the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

 

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE OF MY ORDER?

The estimated delivery date calculated at checkout only applies to ready-to-ship orders.

 

IN-STORE PICK UP

Both in-store and curbside pickup is available Tuesday through Friday between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm.  Simply select the "PICK UP" delivery option at checkout.  Orders for in-store pick up will be processed within 2-3 business days for ready-to-ship items.

An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.  If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call us at (405) 842-7926 with your name, order number, and any questions/notes.
