Partnering with BSB to Support Our Local Community

At Black Swan Boutique, giving back is part of who we are! My earliest and fondest memories are volunteering with my parents at the age of four in my small hometown. I've continued that tradition to this day through BSB! Over the years, I've had the privilege of volunteering, donating, and sponsoring many organizations. Through these efforts, we're honored to support the schools, organizations, and causes that make our community so special. 

To help us manage the high volume of requests we receive, please note:

  • Requests must be submitted at least 3 months in advance of the event.

  • A formal letter on official organization letterhead must be included/attached, with: 

    • Organization name and contact information

    • Event name, date, time, and location

    • Type of donation requested (e.g., gift card, raffle item, sponsorship)

    • How the donation will be used at the event

    • Recognition opportunities for Black Swan Boutique at the event

    • Organization's EIN (if applicable)

  • Priority is given to organizations where we personally volunteer and to causes connected to our customers.

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

  • We will reach out directly if your request has been approved.
