Community Connections - Donation/Sponsorship Requests

Partnering with BSB to Support Our Local Community

At Black Swan Boutique, giving back is part of who we are! My earliest and fondest memories are volunteering with my parents at the age of four in my small hometown. I've continued that tradition to this day through BSB!

Over the years, I've had the privilege of volunteering, donating, and sponsoring many organizations. Through these efforts, we're honored to support the schools, organizations, and causes that make our community so special. 

STEP 1:  REVIEW OUR GUIDELINES

Before submitting your request, please review the following:

  • Requests must be submitted at least 3 months in advance of the event.
  • Priority is given to organizations where we personally volunteer and to causes connected to our customers.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
  • We will reach out directly if your request has been approved.

STEP 2:  PREPARE YOUR FORMAL LETTER (required)

Please prepare a formal letter on official organization letterhead to upload with your application.

Your letter should include:

  • Organization name and contact information
  • Event name, date, time, and location
  • Type of donation requested (e.g., gift card, raffle item, sponsorship)
  • How the donation will be used at the event
  • Recognition opportunities for Black Swan Boutique
  • Organization's EIN (if applicable)

You may also upload additional supporting materials, such as an event flyer, sponsorship levels, or event brochure.

STEP 3:  COMPLETE THE APPLICATION

Ready to submit your request? Complete the Community Connections Application below and upload your formal letter and any supporting documents.

Please review your information carefully before submitting.

If you have not received an update with 30 days of submitting your application, you are welcome to send a follow up email regarding the status of your request.

STEP 4:  APPLICATION REVIEW

Once your application has been submitted, we will review your request based on timing, availability, and our Community Connections guidelines.

If your request is approved, Black Swan Boutique will contact you directly with the next steps.
